It depends on what you are hoping to get cleaned. For a concrete driveway we recommend washing once per year. However for vinyl sided homes once every other year would be just fine. Time of year doesn't matter as long as you start sometime and get on a recurring schedule.

We stop mowing at the end of November. We do not slow down in at the end of July. With the dry season we continue to mow. It won't harm the grass. During the spring time we double cut your yard to keep up with the rain. We don't charge extra during the double cut season. Therefore, during the dryer season we still come out and cut.
